What I bring

More than 15 years of operational leadership experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, and production. At bol.com, I led the construction and start-up of seven automated fulfillment centers (€900M CAPEX) and a last-mile and returns team. As COO at Cycloon, I managed an operation of 1,000 employees across 50 locations.

Since then, I have been working as an independent advisor and interim manager for companies facing major logistical challenges: mechanization, new construction, capacity and productivity improvement, or operational stabilization.

My strength is translating complex issues into actionable steps — and coaching teams that have to realize them themselves.
